The cottage is located across the street from Lake Michigan and between two public beaches that are approximately a half a block away. The cottage was recently remodeled for summer or winter. The cottage has heat, air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. It also has a full kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave and refrigerator. It also has cable/satellite t.v. and WiFi (wireless internet access). A patio in front of the cottage with table and chairs is a great place to barbecue or just relax. There is a yard with a fire pit and plenty of firewood, which is shared by another cottage and the main house.

With various activities in the area, there is plenty to do -- from boating, biking, golfing, wine tasting, art fairs, and plenty of antiquing throughout the summer, plus other activities throughout the year. We are just a short walk to the shopping downtown or going out to dinner.

Each cottage is allowed one (1) spot in the driveway. But please make sure you park in a way that the other cars can get in and out. Off street parking is also available.

Linens are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels for the bath and beach. We are a pet and smoke free house. 

We also ask that you treat the cottage like you would want someone to treat your house. Please put all things back in the places where they were found and straighten up after yourself.
