RENTAL POLICY

  • Check in time 3 PM. Check out time before 10AM.
  • Quiet time before 10AM and after 10PM in respect to the neighbors and other guests.
  • No smoking or pets under any conditions.
  • No students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by parent.
  • Security deposit dor all new renters $200,00 Refunded in 2 weeks after stay.
  • Linens are provided. Bring bath and beach towels and toilet paper.
  • 50% of rental rates required at booking remaining balance due 30 days before rental date.
  • Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. However, cancellations within 60 days of arrival date forfiet the advance payment unless we can re-book date.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Later and earlier check ins and outs acceptable in off-season.
